It does seem that the date format is correct in some areas but not all. Selecting the date range for an account still shows the Euro format. Selecting the date of a transaction also uses Euro format, but when viewing a list of transactions, it is using local format.

Entering a transaction or initial balance defaulted to using decimal first, comma second. Now it seems to be working. It would be less confusing to have the option in settings so users can verify it is set to their local formats.
